Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway is a first person shooting video game that was developed by Gearbox Software and published by Ubisoft. The video game was released on September 23, 2008, in order to get released in Germany with a USK 18 rating and ensure it doesn't get indexed by the BPjM, the game had to be censored.

  • Blood splatters were removed.
  • Gore was removed.
  • Pools of blood and blood on walls were removed.
  • The effect of the camera zooming in when a grenade explodes or the player performs a headshot and it going in slow motion was removed.
    • On the Xbox 360 Version, there were four Game Achievements that required the Player to trigger a specific amount of these kill cams. These were altered to require the player to knock of the enemys' helmets instead.
  • In the first level Matt's forehead gets a injury in the German release the amount of blood was reduced. wound has healed a bit.
  • In One Mission, Paddock's Line "And then he pulled out one of those Hitler Youth Knives and tried to shank me with it" was changed to "And then he pulled out some strange Knife and wanted to stab me."
