Cowboy Bebop: The Movie is a Japanese movie that was made by Bones, and it was released on September 1, 2001. When the movie aired on Adult Swim some scenes were censored due to network standards.

- The scene where Faye comes out of the shower to answer the phone was cut.
- The scene where Faye talks to Ed on the phone while in the shower was modified for the Adult Swim broadcast. In the Adult Swim version the camera zooms in on Faye's face, as a result you can no longer see her cleavage.
- The scene where a man with glasses gets shot through the head during the train battle was cut.
- The scene where Vincent's bullet blasts out of Spike's body was cut.
