Dead or Alive Xtreme 3: Scarlet is a sports video game that was developed by Team Ninja and published by Koei Tecmo. The video game was released on March 20, 2019. Due to Sony's censorship policies on sexual content the game had to be censored worldwide (PS4 only).

- The Gold Fan item was removed due to the fan allowing you to blow the skirts of characters up to allow you to see their underwear.
- The Softening Gel item was removed due the the gel softening the recipients breasts making them more bouncy.
