Dragon Quest II: Luminaries of the Legendary Line is Japanese role playing game that was deveoploed by Chunsoft and published by Enix. The game was released on January 26, 1987, due to Enix wanting to make the western release more family friendly sexuality was toned down.

- The scene that shows a woman offering a puff puff (and then giving the player the ability to select yes or no) was modified for the western release. In the uncensored version if the player selects yes the woman will give your character a puff puff. In the uncensored version if you select no the woman will say "What's wrong with being an Okama?! You meanie..." In the western release she is asking you if she is pretty enough to be queen, if you select yes she will say "Perhaps the great Prince of Cannock thinks so to." If you select no she will say "What's wrong!"
