Duke Nukem: Total Meltdown is a first-person shooting video game that was developed by 3D Realms and Aardvark Software. It is a port of Duke Nukem 3D for the PlayStation that was published by GT Interactive (US/EU) and King Records (JP). The game was released on September 30, 1997.

- Babes were removed from the game (they were women captured by aliens).
- The babe posters and magazines were removed.
- Porn actresses were removed.
- The possessed head found in one of the rooms in the Gates Motel was removed.
Japanese censorship[]
- Some swear words like "bastards" and "ass" were removed.
- The international censorship also still applies.
Where to find it uncensored[]
Duke Nukem 3D, while somewhat different with the lack of the "Plug 'N' Pray" episode, is otherwise uncensored.
