Earth Maiden Arjuna was made by Satelight studio, it was ran from January 9, 2001 to March 27, 2001. One of the episodes was pulled from broadcast TV due to showing abortions. The episode was latter released on blu rays.
Censorship
- Episode 9 never aired on the original televised airing of the series because it dealt with a number of controversial subjects and images such as abortion and the image of a fetus in the womb of its mother as she is having sex. The episode later aired on Japanese sattelite TV and was released on video in its proper sequential spot.
