Fallout: New Vegas is a American RPG that was developed by Obsidian Entertainment and was published by Bethesda Softworks, and the game was released on October 19, 2010. Due to German laws regarding violence in video games, violence had to be toned down.

Japan Censorship
- The "Fat Man" nuclear catapult weapon was renamed "Nuka Launcher".
German Censorship
- Blood and gore was removed from the German release.
International Censorship
- Due to Bethesda wanting ensure the game's release/avoid controversy the drug "morphine" was renamed to "Med-X".
Where to find it uncensored
There is no completely uncensored version available to the public. Germans can access the least censored version the International version on Steam (if you buy the Ultimate Edition).
