Fugitive Hunter: War on Terror (also known as America's 10 Most Wanted) is a first person video game that was developed by Black Ops Entertainment and published by Encore Software (US), Play It! (EU). The video game was released on November 18, 2003. The game was censored in the United States because of its original title.

  • Title changed from "America's 10 Most Wanted".
  • Saddam Hussein and references towards his alleged procession of Nukes and Bio Weapons were removed. Instead he was replaced with a middle eastern looking terrorist who attacked a federal facility.
