Gears of War 2 is an third person shooter developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Game Studios, the game was released on November 7, 2008. Due to Fergusson's desire to reduce the amount of smoking in the game some depictions of smoking were removed.

- Dizzy was originally going to smoke in the game, and in promotional art was shown smoking. But at some point in development Fergusson forced the team to remove/alter any scenes that showed Dizzy smoking/using cigarettes.
