Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals is a RPG that was developed by Neverland and was published by Taito, Natsume. The video game was released on February 24, 1995. Due to Nintendo's policies the game was censored for the International release.

- In Forfeit you would originally encounter two girls wearing bunny outfits who wouldn't leave you alone. In the International version they are simply normal girls.
- Crosses on and in Churches were removed.
