Medal of Honor: Allied Assault is a first-person shooting video game that was developed by 2015 Games Inc. and published by Electronic Arts (PC), Aspyr (Mac OS). The video game was released on January 22, 2002. Due to German laws regarding Nazi symbols the game was censored in Germany.

  • Nazi symbols were removed or changed to Iron Crosses.
  • References to Nazis were removed.
  • Nazis will no longer perform the Nazi Salute during Stealth Missions.
  • The Mission in Norway had the following lines omitted from an Exchange between two German Mechanics about the Norwegian Resistance sheltering their women in a Secret Bunker:

Mechanic: But it's true! Fritz told me Göbbels dispatched a Special Unit to find the Bunker.

After the other Mechanic asked why the Resistance would do such a thing:

Mechanic: They are scared that we'll take all the lovely ladies back to the fatherland to improve the Master Race.
