Metalocalypse is an adult animated comedy series created by Brendon Small for Adult Swim, starring the fictional metal band "Dethklok". The first episode aired in the United States on August 6, 2006 and ended on October 27, 2013. Some episodes were censored for strong language, sexual situations, strong violence, and nudity.

  3. The scene where Murderface says "Is that old guy supposed to be santa claus or some shit?" was censored for the broadcast version. "Shit" was censored.

Seasons 3 and 4 are uncensored on HBO Max. Seasons 1 and 2 are still censored, although a few clips are uncensored on the DVDs as bonus features.
