Metroid Prime 3: Corruption is a first-person action-adventure video game co-developed by Retro Studios and Nintendo and published by Nintendo. It was released on August 27, 2007. When the game was brought over to Europe about two months later, a line of dialogue was censored. The game was produced in the USA like the rest of the Metroid Prime trilogy.

Censorship[]

During the Briefing Room cutscene, Fleet Admiral Castor Dane says, "Damn! They're targeting the planetary defense system!" The word "Damn!" was changed to "No!" The censorship affects all PAL version copies of the game and was carried over to the Metroid Prime: Trilogy version of the game in all regions.

Where to find it uncensored[]

The original NTSC Wii version is uncensored.
