European and Australian censorship[]

(The censorship affects all PAL version copies of the game)

  • During the Briefing Room cutscene, Fleet Admiral Castor Dane says, "Damn! They're targeting the planetary defense system!" The word "Damn!" was changed to "No!" This censorship was carried over to the Metroid Prime: Trilogy version of the game in all regions.

Where to find it uncensored[]

The original NTSC Wii version is uncensored.
