How Phantasy Star Online 2 Was Changed Outside Japan
- Character height is now preset and cannot be changed.
- Breast physics are disabled in the character creation menu; however, they work outside of it.
- A cutscene that showed a character nude was modified. In the modified version she is wearing pajamas.
- Bathhouse scenes were removed.
- 'Smart Inner' innerwear was removed.
- A number of cutscenes were removed, these cutscenes were dubbed but they did not make it into the international release. The cutscenes in question often featured sexual dialogue and or sexual undertones.
