• Violence was toned down for the international release.

Street Fighter II

• Violence was toned down for the international release.
• Three characters had their name swapped. The boxer M. Bison was renamed Balrog, the final boss Vega was renamed M. Bison and the masked fighter Balrog was renamed Vega. This was to avoid any lawsuit from Mike Tyson due to the former character.

Sunset Riders

• Sexuality was toned down and the game was made more poltically correct worldwide.

Super Castlevania IV

• Sexuality and violence was toned down and religious references were removed for the international release.

Super Ghouls'n Ghosts

• Religious references were removed from the international release.

Super Mario Kart

• Alcohol was removed from the international release.

Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

• Bowser no longer does a victory gesture that resembles a lewd European hand gesture.

Super Mario World

• Yoshi can no longer eat dolphins in the international release.
