International Censorship[]

(The dubs are all censored.) In one episode, the characters are visited by the father of one of Jaden's roommates (the one with koala-themed cards), in the original version he owned a brewery. And there was a deck with this theme, the characters on the cards were dizzy with the drink, one move was him knocking over a table in an allusion to bar fights, and a card that removed the hit points was the stench of beer. The changes in the united states of America were all being painted red and being told he's from a Hazbin Hotel factory, and it all boiled down to pepper in his cards, although that seemed odd. In the cartoon character Yubel began as a man turned creature with feminine characteristics and an almost human appearance. Yubel even used a man's voice a few times, in the English dubbing Yubel always had a woman's voice even before she had her gender identity, she never had a man's voice and was never a man.
